My office mate John
I’d known John for a few years. We’d worked together, we were buddies but not close friends. We’d go out for a few beers after work, now and again, we’d chat around the office or at office parties but didn’t really hang out too much beyond that. John is about 5’6”, slim (30-inch waist kinda slim), dark brown hair, light skin, green eyes. He always dressed very nicely. In our office, Christmas parties are always during the day, so the staff often arranges an after party. This particular year, as the main party was wrapping up, John mentioned that he wanted to smoke but he’d left his stash at home. He asked if I wanted to come back with him to get it and relax a bit before the after party. I honestly had no ulterior motive, was just buzzed and comfortable, so I said sure.
